Daniel in Finance was very accomodating in pricing out all the different warranty packages prior to the financing paperwork so that I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. They all were patient with me as I did not purchase after the test drives and got pricing for warranties. I needed time to think and they never made me feel like I wasted their time and they were not pushy in trying to get me to purchase on the spot.
