The whole John Elway team took time and care getting me into the right vehicle for me and my budget. Rick Paul the sales associate was knowledgeable, straight forward, and honest. I really appreciated that in the process of buying a car. 10/10 experience. After having a negative experience at another dealership, this was a really refreshing experience and I would 100 percent recommend John Elway Chevrolet to friends and family. Daniel, Trevor and Rick Paul really went above and beyond, thank you!

Fantastic dealership that values your time and experience! It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying (and trade in) experience I have had over my 30+ years of buying cars. Rick and trainee Stan were great at moving the process quickly and efficiently from test drive to no nonsense negotiation, and trade in. Amanda was very helpful when I first arrived (way too early for my appointment) to make sure I was quickly helped. And the customer service manager, Daryl, was very informative, friendly, and helpful. Finally, even the final meeting with the finance department was very quick, efficient, and no nonsense. I would highly recommend this dealership for someone who values their time and values proper service.

Amanda was great on showing us new trucks that met my needs and requirements and didn't push test drives on vehicles that were out of my price range. Daniel in Finance was very accomodating in pricing out all the different warranty packages prior to the financing paperwork so that I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. They all were patient with me as I did not purchase after the test drives and got pricing for warranties. I needed time to think and they never made me feel like I wasted their time and they were not pushy in trying to get me to purchase on the spot. Daniel was also very knowledgable with all my detailed questions on warranty specifics once I finally made it the paperwork. They were clear about all costs involved upfront and even after everything was done the customer experience didn't stop there. Rick (covering for Amanda) helped wrap everything up at the end ensuring that OnStar was setup and the functionality of all the buttons were explained. Overall, the folks at John Elway Chevrolet has been a positive experience and I highly recommend. I love my new truck!

I took delivery of my 2026 Suburban Z71 (6.2L, custom Borla exhaust, red tintcoat) from John Elway Chevrolet on 23 October 2025, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences I’ve ever had. My journey with this dealership started way back in July 2025, when I first tried to buy a similar vehicle. That original deal didn’t work out, but Trevor (Internet Sales Manager) never dropped the ball. He stayed in touch, helped me custom-build the exact Suburban I wanted, and kept every promise, from the guaranteed price to a very fair-trade value on a challenging trade. Throughout the entire process, Trevor’s communication, communication, communication made all the difference. He kept me updated at every step as the vehicle moved through production and delivery. On delivery day, I met Amanda, who made what could have been an overwhelming tech setup feel effortless. She walked me through every performance and technology feature, connected my OnStar account, synced Apple CarPlay, and ensured I understood all the apps and settings before driving off the lot. Her professionalism and enthusiasm turned the delivery into a great experience. Daniel (F&I Manager) was equally professional, direct and knowledgeable when discussing warranty options, but respectful when I declined. The entire process was efficient, transparent, and team-oriented, which I deeply appreciate as a former military officer who values teamwork and integrity. When I left the dealership, my new Suburban was spotless, fully set up, and ready for a long drive south to Texas. I’ve bought many vehicles in my life, and I usually ask dealers not to put their decal on the back. This time, though, I left the Elway football logo right where it belongs. It’s a reminder of a team that truly earned my trust and my business. I not only recommend this team, would actively seek them out again in the future. Trevor, Amanda, Daniel.....a true pleasure to meet you all and thank you for a great experience. I hope to see you again in the not-too-distant future.

Amine (sales) and Joey (service) made the process of buying my new 2026 Chevy Colorado so enjoyable. Amine I cannot thank you enough for how well you took care of everything want and need for my dream truck. You were never pushy or rude or never once did I feel stressed during our conversations. I felt heard and appreciated and I just can’t thank you enough for that. Joey — you also took care of me with a rental while my family was in town and you have no idea how wonderful it was to take them up to Kenosha pass in a comfortable ride. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!
