“Matt & Matty are the best. Bought my tesla model Y from them and the process was extremely smooth and easy. Matty had my car turned over way faster than i had expected and couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. Matt was great at explaining everything and helping me navigate the best situation for financing.”

“Had a friend who is a master mechanic said he could redo my suspension. I got all the major parts with the exception of all the minor bolts and a plastic sleeve for some struts. That mechanic ended up moving and left the garage he was working at before i could get them installed so I asked a question if customer provided parts could be installed. I was routed to Jeremy from service, in which proceeded to speak to me like they would be doing me God's gift of a favor for making an exception to install the parts there. I asked, if after an estimate, if they would be able to supply the missing parts, and to verify the items i already had, which referenced the bolts that could not be reused and a dust boot cover for the suspension. Their response is that you would be charged for any delays that the car stays extra on the lift, anything missing that is not supplied would be charged for however long it takes until they are supplied those parts, and "it is not our resposibility to check the parts ahead of time, it is your responsibility to make sure they are correct." Dont waste your time speaking to this representative or manager from the "service" dept. This conversation would have saved my time and theirs with "no we dont install cusomter provided parts," instead of being met with a money hungry motive, and egotistical demeanor. A simple question if they could provide a service, turned into this negative review for customers wondering if they install customer supplied parts. Service is a joke here, don't even ask even if you are willing to pay. Better service from Woodward Motorsports with customer supplied parts.”
