“We just bought a 2025 Crosstrek yesterday and love it! Initially our first salesperson was not a good fit for us at all and we were ready to leave. But since the dealership had such good reviews overall and was close to our home (and why we went there), we took a chance and requested a new salesperson rather than go to a different dealer. And we are so glad we did. Samantha Leakas was outstanding and very in tune to the reasons why we requested a new salesperson. We had initially planned to get a Forester. She helped us with all the test drives and data we needed, and we decided to change to the Crosstrek, which was the best fit for us. Samantha was there every step of the way, responding to all texts during the days of decision. No fluff, no pressure, and it showed how much her actions were focused on our needs and what was best for us. He was very patient with us, and listened to all our concerns, and worked with us until we were comfortable with the package we had. “Great experience at Mike Shaw. David Newman was my salesman and he was very personable and we had great conversation and he didn’t try to pressure me into anything. I went with the new 2025 Outback Onyx edition. It is blacked out and so slick. David went over all the features with me and I am very happy with my purchase. The new Outbacks have so many cool features that I was not aware of. The only thing I really don’t like is that none of them have buttons on the dash. It’s all touch screen. Frank the finance guy was great too. Be prepared to be there for about four hours with an appointment if it’s a Saturday. Saturday’s are their busiest days. But I didn’t mind waiting. The process was very smooth and easy. Very pleased I decided to go with Subaru!”
