“I live in Maine, but I chose to buy my car from Mercedes-Benz of Denver, and I couldn't be happier with the decision! My salesperson, Griffin, did an amazing job handling everything from a distance. The best part? No hidden fees or documentation charges—which was a huge relief considering my local Maine dealer charges $595. I flew out, picked up the car, and drove it all the way home without a single hitch. If you want a transparent and seamless car-buying experience, ask for Griffin!”

“I previously rated this place 5 stars, and rescind and regret my review. I purchased a 2016 bmw x5m from this dealership in may of 2025. Within the first couple months I noticed major issues with the vehicle’s functionality. Sure enough just 2 months in and my personal mechanic told me the engine is basically blown. This issue as stated by my mechanic was preventable and easily noticed, thus was swept under the rug by Mercedes. I was never offered a warranty, and when I reached out to the dealership as well as the sales “lady” herself “Nikki” for said warranty I was never responded to. I tried to call multiple times. I left messages, I even called and texted the personal phone number of the sales “lady” Nikki, and never got a response. In my opinion I was sold a vehicle with known issues and essentially screwed out of over $10,000 in repair costs. These people are shady I DO NOT recommend doing ANY business with them at all. If you’re curious as to why I am just now posting this review, I work my butt off in the oilfield I don’t have time to sit around and be petty, but after finally getting my vehicle in working order after only driving it for 2 months, I got time today. Legal action options are being pursued. I attached a photo of the destroyed piston as well as proof that this is me and my vehicle.”

“Well, I did my homework first, found this car online, and came in knowing exactly what I was looking for. Of course, A 1997 BMW Z3 at Mercedes-Benz of Denver wasn’t on my bingo card for 2025, but it was a solid deal and a total bucket-list car for me.
The sales guy, Mark McGinnis, made the whole thing easy. No pressure, no hype, just straightforward and friendly. He respected that I’d done my research and didn’t really try to oversell it. He was honest about the age, the quirks, and the reality of buying an older car, which I appreciated.
The process was smooth, relaxed, and refreshingly normal. Yes, I bought a BMW from a Mercedes dealership. Yes, it’s older than a lot of modern tech. Still worth it. Mark was great to work with, and I’d happily recommend him to anyone looking for a good experience without the nonsense.”

“I took my Mercedes to the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Denver for a regular service and expected the level of care and professionalism that comes with a luxury brand. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.
The dealership left my car parked outside, completely unlocked, and as a result, it was broken into while in their possession. I lost over $8,000 worth of belongings that were inside the vehicle. When I reported it, their response was shockingly dismissive, they only offered me “a small credit” toward my next service.
I trusted this dealership to take care of my car, not expose it to theft through negligence. There was no real accountability, no sense of urgency, and no genuine effort to make things right.
This is unacceptable for any business, but especially for a Mercedes-Benz dealership. I strongly recommend that anyone bringing their car here reconsider and make sure they understand how little responsibility this location takes once your vehicle is in their hands.”
