Fast forward a few hours, and I’m pulling into my driveway in a brand-new 2026 GLC. I’m still not entirely sure how Griffin and Max pulled it off, but I’m officially convinced they have "Executive Upgrade" superpowers. The VIP Treatment: The Dynamic Duo: Griffin and his manager, Max, are the gold standard. No "dealership games," just genuine conversation and a hustle that actually benefits the customer. The Upgrade: They looked at what I wanted and managed to get me into a 2026 model with a deal so good it made the CPO look like yesterday’s news. Family-Focused: They didn’t just hand over the keys; they gave my family a masterclass on the car’s features. We left feeling like experts, not just owners. The Trade: They treated my RAV4 Hybrid with more respect than I probably did, giving me a valuation that made the transition to luxury incredibly smooth. The Bottom Line: To be clear, neither of these guys asked me for a review. I’m writing this purely because they turned our very first Mercedes experience into a lifelong ownership. Well, I did my homework first, found this car online, and came in knowing exactly what I was looking for. Of course, A 1997 BMW Z3 at Mercedes-Benz of Denver wasn’t on my bingo card for 2025, but it was a solid deal and a total bucket-list car for me. The sales guy, Mark McGinnis, made the whole thing easy. No pressure, no hype, just straightforward and friendly. He respected that I’d done my research and didn’t really try to oversell it. He was honest about the age, the quirks, and the reality of buying an older car, which I appreciated. The process was smooth, relaxed, and refreshingly normal. Yes, I bought a BMW from a Mercedes dealership. Yes, it’s older than a lot of modern tech. Still worth it. Mark was great to work with, and I’d happily recommend him to anyone looking for a good experience without the nonsense.
