“Was great up until the financing. Rusty went out of his way to find the vehicle I wanted and at the discount that was advertized. There was over an hour long wait to get into the finance office. Once in, financing was very quick, since I had a preapproval letter. The finance officer asked if I was a member of the Credit Union, I said yes. Despite this, there was a significant charge that is only applicable when an applicant is not a member of the credit union. Fortunately, the credit union reversed the fee once they had the paperwork. I am pleased with the hybrid Maverick.”

“Very disappointing experience with Byers. I went in specifically to buy out my lease and had scheduled an appointment in advance, but the salesman I scheduled with wasn't even there when I arrived. More importantly, I never felt like anyone was particularly interested in helping me. When I finally got pricing options, the numbers were significantly higher than what was outlined in my original lease paperwork, including an interest rate that was far above the current national average. I also called afterward to get my lease buyout packet and never received a call back. After getting nowhere with Byers, I went to Germaine Ford in Dublin, and they were able to take care of everything for me in less than an hour. The contrast in customer service was night and day. Based on my experience, I'd recommend avoiding Byers when you're looking for your next vehicle. There are dealerships out there that actually seem interested in earning your business.”
