“Do NOT buy a car from this Honda dealership! They sell defective cars. Before the sale, they promise you all kinds of help and support, but once they sell the car, everything changes. I bought a brand new Honda Civic Hybrid from this dealership. When I drove it out of the lot, it had only 18 miles on it. The next morning, with just 35 miles, multiple warning lights came on. I immediately took it back to their service department, but now they’re saying it’s not covered under warranty and are trying to charge me $1,731 for repairs. This is completely unacceptable — selling a brand-new car that breaks down the next day and refusing to take responsibility. They sell defective cars and don’t stand behind their customers.”
