“Liz Pro Labonte at AutoNation Toyota was amazing to work with. She was professional and helped me in every way throughout the process of buying my brand-new vehicle. She communicated with me through text, which made everything so convenient and kept me updated the whole time.
Before I drove off the lot, Liz took the time to walk me through the features and made sure I knew how to set up the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. She was very thorough and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated.
I’m incredibly happy with my new vehicle, and I would absolutely recommend Liz to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free buying experience. I hope to purchase from her again in the future!”

“The worst experience I’ve ever had. Sold me a car with multiple underlying issues and was extremely deceptive about the vehicles true condition! I purchased a 2019 Dodge Challenger 6 months ago and have had to take it back in to get the front end and splitter completely replaced! It was held only by zip ties. So much for a 125 point inspection. I’ve now also had to get a new battery, a new thermostat, a new cold air intake filter, the intake wasn’t even connected to the throttle body this WHOLE time! I couldn’t even tell because it was under the engine cover! It’s been taking in unfiltered air since who knows! That was just the damages this vehicles has. It won’t even code for anything! It’s like the engine isn’t even registered any of the problems like it’s supposed to. The sensor is completely fried on the intake. Not only this but when I first got my car they gave me paper plates, metal plates are now required instead. They had my car so long the first time the plates had expired and they kept telling me they were waiting on them. (They apparently didn’t pay the title company enough and they never sent them. I learn this later.) I called and called about my plates and eventually they had me come back AFTER I got pulled over for the paper plates. I got a warning. Then I was given DEALER plates. They told me the title company was under paid so they had to contact them to get my plates sent finally. I waited like 3-4 months! I wasn’t aware you couldn’t legally use a dealer plate as they assured me I would be okay with these plates. They filed out a RENTAL paper for MY CAR to register with the DEALER plate. I was pulled over AGAIN…. I got another warning! I was also terrified because the police officer was questioning my ownership of the vehicle because it wasn’t lining up with the paperwork. I had to call the dealership to tell them what was happening. I was so afraid I thought they’d take the car. I had to go back AGAIN. They just so conveniently the same day received my plates. I then had to go back AGAIN to go get them. Not long after having my car I had called to complain about the zip ties again after I had brought my car in for almost 2-3 weeks. I picked it up and guess what… they did NOTHING! I finally got a hold of a manager who told me to bring the car in a few days later and told him “hey remember my complaints about the zip ties and how the held my front end together so I was worried they would fail? Causing everything to come loose and fall off?… yeah well I’m on the side of the road because they did and now I’m picking up pieces of my car from the highway.” It had completely fallen apart. They had my car for WEEKS and did NOTHING. Guess how much the REAL repairs cost them? Apparently about 3 thousand dollars :) They made me feel like they did me a favor… by fixing their mistake? Oh and the best part is… I’ve send countless emails, left many voicemails, was told “Mr. Amidon is OFF today.” Almost every time I called and asked for him. It’s like… they completely avoided me. Definitely don’t even bother with corporate. I called them too and you’ll be put on hold and hung up on! Yesterday I finally called someone who spoke to me for a few minutes and they said “You’re out of the warranty period so I’d just take it to the service department and see if you have a warranty to help you if it’s covered.” They sold me a breakdown coverage plan… doesn’t help one bit. An extra $3,000 dollars for a plan that can’t do anything for me. Do NOT purchase from here! They will leave you high and dry with a car not work the time and money. They sold me a lemon. They covered up all the damages. They are deceptive. I know my rights. Warranty or not. I have photos of everything and I’ll be making formal reports to the Motor Vehicle Department and filing complaints about Deceptive Trade Practices. This is insane. I trusted them with my purchase, I told them I live alone out here in Texas and needed a reliable car, I was treated great until I signed the dotted line… all this money for a car that won’t even make it to 2026.”

“Absolutely terrible customer service.. One of the workers scratched all 4 of my brand new wheels during an alignment almost 3 months ago and they have yet to make it right. They agreed to get them resurfaced with a fresh powder coat so I left them my car for over a month just to find out they took it to a different shop than the one agreed upon and ruined the wheels even worse. When they finally took them to the correct shop they were stripped and recoated 5 different times and looked horrible each time.. dirt under the powder coat everywhere, dirt in the clear coat, chips, and 0 clear coat on some areas. I expressed my concerns about needing replacements if they couldn’t get the job done right and was blown off. I’ve now contacted corporate 5 different times and they cannot get the GM to call me back to make this right. Still waiting for a call…
They also wouldn’t answer my calls or call me back to update at any point. I had to drive 35 minutes there after work on multiple occasions just to get some sort of response.
Attached are pics of the car, the damage, and the poor attempt to resurface them.”

“We had a fantastic experience working with Martha Marquez at AutoNation Toyota! She recently helped my son purchase his dream car — a beautiful 2018 Red Mustang — and we couldn’t be happier with how smooth and professional the entire process was.
From the moment we walked in, Martha was friendly, knowledgeable, and completely transparent. She took the time to walk us through all the details, answered every question we had, and made sure my son felt confident and informed about his purchase. The car was in excellent condition, and at $20,000 with a fair 10% interest rate, it was a solid deal for a first-time buyer.
What truly stood out was Martha’s genuine care and commitment to making sure we were happy — no pressure, no gimmicks, just honest service. She even followed up after the sale to check in, which really meant a lot.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy, personable, and professional salesperson, ask for Martha Marquez. She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting. Highly recommend!”
