The customer service was unacceptable, especially at this location. We only brought our vehicle to Honda because they were the only ones capable of servicing it. Throughout the process, we were given misleading information, and the staff was dishonest with the insurance adjusters. Communication was extremely poor, with repeated delays of 5–6 hours just to receive a response. Additionally, we were told the vehicle was not leaking oil, yet clear evidence suggests otherwise. This entire experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable. UPDATE JAN 31 2026 After picking up my vehicle, I noticed caps missing underneath the car, and parts are not snapped back on correctly. This raises serious concerns about the quality of the work performed and makes me wonder what other issues may come up. After waiting two weeks, this is very disappointing. If this is how Honda treats its valued customers, that says a lot

I recently purchased a 2026 Honda CR-V Sport L Hybrid. Sergio Santos was our salesman and we think he was fantastic. Me and my wife were looking to replace her 2022 Subaru Forester Limited with some form of Honda CR-V Hybrid. Sergio helped us, let us test drive a CR-V Hybrid, and answered some questions. We were not ready to buy at that time, although we were pretty much sold. We asked Sergio not to blow us up and he didn't even though I'm sure he was under enormous pressure from the sale managers that push for numbers. He was perfect for my personality and super busy schedule. A few days later we got in touch with Sergio and let him know that we were ready to buy and he was awesome through the entire process. I think I got a decent price on the new car and a fair trade price, but I think I paid a little too much for a HondaCare warranty for 8 years/120,000 miles. Sergio was not a part of the warranty negotiations. At the end of the day, Sergio has my highest recommendation as an AutoNation Honda car salesman.

The service and workers are so professional and helpful! Completed lifesaver during a vulnerable time! I was one of those unlucky folks that car got major damage from the Hail storm that hit in Portland,Tx and it was devastating the car was barely able to be driven to the collision center. I stopped by AutoNation with heavily damaged car and walked out with a brand new car. They fought to help me find deals worked with me on getting my old car squared away and ready for a new car! Completely in love with my new Honda Accord they worked with me on my goals and affordability. Which during time where stress and anxiety was high was the fresh air I need to maintain sanity! God bless this company for their helpfulness during hard times!

I visited Auto Nation looking for a good used car, i had checked some online before i got there? I recieved a message before with a name of salesnan willing to help me? And he did just that!! From test driving several vechicles,, until perfect one that i chose? He drove 30 mins to pick me up to go get my car when i was ready. Being a Single older woman ,this was a very great experience to have a dealership and salesman that i totally trusted? Ty !!
