My sister bought this car here. Within 12 hours it was shutting off randomly. The radio goes on and off randomly. The horn sounds randomly and even stays on for several minutes at a time. The lights flash at will. And it loses power if driven for more than 30 minutes. We contacted them and told them she is not strong enough to maneuver it if the power steering cuts out and that we are concerned for her safety. They offered to trade it in for 5K towards another car on their lot and declined any repairs. Obviously, we will not be accepting. I don't understand how they couldn't have known this car was dangerous and had these electrical issues considering the significance and frequency of the problems. Just be advised they are comfortable with doing business this way. ****Update 10/21 Added screenshot of the dealership's response. I'll be back in the coming weeks to post the full evaluation of the vehicle since the dealership is accusing myself, my sister, and our family of *lying* due to "buyers remorse." Not to get anything from them because we wouldnt trust them even for a trade in at this point. To prevent anyone else from making the massive mistake of trusting this dealership with your money. She comfortably had a 20K budget for this purchase. For them to suggest she needed to select a "less expensive" vehicle is complete nonsense. ***Notice they admitted she called them within hours of purchase (she paid in full) to report the issues.*** For sure shop elsewhere, preferably in Kentucky where this kind of thing is prosecutable. Dean was very helpful and patient in helping me find a new car! I had a set budget and mileage limit and he filtered everything on the computer and checked the inventory and let me look around for anything I liked and also let me test drive just about anything I wanted to. A few days of indecision we ended up settle on a car! Didn’t try to upsale me or anything just straight forward and friendly!

In searching for a used Tesla (I know right) I wound up having to go two hours away to the Cincinnati area to look at a few of them that meet my criteria. NW automotive was one of them and Kaylee was my sales person. I have to say I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years and quite honestly I don’t care for dealerships because of sometimes being pressured, but it wasn’t the case at NW. Kaylee brought the car up and said look it over (I was there for a while) no pressure at all! After I was done I thanked her and was on my way to see the others. I ultimately chose the car at NW because of price and how well it was presented. Kaylee took it from there and everything went smoothly. Thank you Kaylee and everyone else involved in my transaction.
