“Mason and the sales team was great (besides keeping me waiting for finance until 10pm) this review is primarily for my recent service, simply checking the alignment and swapping tires took nearly 3 hours, to be fair this is what Amando told me, but still, I made an appointment, why make an appointment if you cannot get me in during that time. Additionally and probably the main point of this review is the actual service I received on my brand new car. The car came out with tire pressure ranging all over the place, there is literally a sticker to tell you where to put the tire pressure, how do you get this so bad besides pure negligence. The car rolled out and sat in the sun while tire lubricant baked onto my wheels, only after I got home and was able to clean my wheels did I notice the paint that has been removed from my wheel during the install. This is a poor first, and last, experience with this service department.”
