“I don’t typically write reviews, but my recent experience compels me to share. If you’re considering bringing your vehicle here for service, proceed with caution—especially if you’re not familiar with automotive work. I brought my car in for a manufacturer recall involving the rod bearings, which required a crankshaft replacement. The repair took two weeks, and since no dealership loaners were available, I was provided a rental through Hertz. Unfortunately, several concerning issues occurred during the service: 1. Oil Change Charge: I was nearly billed for a full oil change, despite the fact that the oil had to be drained as part of the recall. Only after I questioned this did they perform the oil change at no charge. 2. Damaged Sway Bar End Link: While completing the recall, they broke a sway bar end link and attempted to charge me for the repair. I contested this, as the vehicle was in their care and the part was not damaged when I dropped it off. They eventually replaced it at no cost, but only after I pushed back. 3. Alignment Issues: They claimed to have completed an alignment “as close as possible” due to my car being lowered. However, when I picked it up, the alignment was clearly off—the steering wheel was misaligned and the car pulled to the left. When I requested the alignment specs, they couldn’t provide them and it wasn't on my service invoice either. I returned the next day and the alignment was redone correctly. The toe was off by 20 degrees—a substantial error. Their initial excuse didn’t hold up, especially since they were able to complete the alignment properly on the second attempt. 4. Unprofessional Conduct: My dashcam was unplugged multiple times and while waiting outside I observed a technician driving the car aggressively, including flooring it around a corner—something that’s completely inappropriate in a customer vehicle. I could only assume they were frustrated because I came back to get this taken care of. 5. Rental Car Mismanagement: They failed to update the rental agreement with Hertz, resulting in an unauthorized charge of over $300 to my card. I had to resolve the issue myself, but it never should have occurred in the first place. Despite having purchased four vehicles from this dealership and previously having positive sales experiences, this visit to the service department was extremely disappointing. Fortunately, I have automotive knowledge and insurance experience; otherwise, I would have been left with a poor alignment and over $180 in unjustified charges. I will never return to this dealership for service again. The repeated miscommunication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior speak volumes. The service department is in serious need of improvement—particularly in honesty, transparency, and customer care. *edit prior to this review I did speak with the service manager already and my stance on the issues are still the same. All I received was excuses and lies.”
