Scott was easily accessible, answered questions by both phone and text and followed up with me after I took delivery to be sure I was happy and answer any follow on questions. “Bought a 2020 dodge ram from here. So far so good truck was in great condition and sales man Brad from used dealership was awesome to work with. Great guy and helped me get the price I was looking for. Had issue with windshield and they replaced it. Highly recommend buying a car from ford!”

“I needed a car fast as my 2014 Escape had worn out. I called Scott Pratt and told him what I was looking for. A used Escape with low miles and a warranty. I told him I trusted his judgement and he recommended a nice 2023 that checked off all my boxes. We completed the transaction over the phone and I was approved and ready to go all within about 30 minutes. I bought this car sight unseen. I went to the dealership that afternoon and was greeted by the staff and manager who had the car and my paperwork ready to go. Again, it took minutes to sign the paperwork which was all explained perfectly and I was out the door with my new beautiful car in no time. Scott picked out the perfect car for me as it completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Brighton Ford and Scott for an exceptional experience. I am one super satisfied customer. I LOVE my car!!!”
