This is odd, I did a terrible review after my experience with Ford in BG and they asked me to leave a google review. Short version, i brought my car in for warranty work after my shop diagnosed it with cat that needed replaced. I was told it was my fault and it wasn't covered. I feel like they just tried in order to see if I might give in and just pay for the repair. I offered to provide records, and they changed their mind and said it was covered. When I picked it up I had to pay $14. Not sure why, since I told them exactly what needed done and why and how I knew. If they treat a mature man, who got his master mechanic license in 1984, like this, how are they treating young and/or inexperienced owners?? I will make the drive to Franklin for any future work needed from Ford and will avoid Greenwood Ford at all cost. Unfortunate because A-I own 10 Ford explorers, and B-I saw that they have a Bronco Raptor in the showroom, in my color, that I would love to own, but I will pass.

My vehicle needed service 2.5 hours away from where I live. Chris Dillard of the Service Department was friendly and professional. The work quoted was what it cost (that is amazing in and of itself). It was done quickly and the car at this time is running great. (As a side note, it is refreshing to have a human being answer the phone, not have to punch buttons. This is an amazing personal touch).

I live in Tennessee and tried to purchase in my home state. After researching multiple dealerships, knowing exactly the vehicle I wanted, Greenwood made me the best deal. The staff and salesperson were excellent. The general manager came out to introduce himself personally, handed me his card and said to call any time. First class dealership, and I will purchase here again.
