Our experience with Noah Baker and Dave Klingenberg at Mercedes‑Benz of Bedford was first class at every single turn. These two are truly the dynamic duo, working seamlessly together to create the most exceptional car‑buying experience we’ve ever had.
Noah is, without question, the most knowledgeable person we’ve ever met when it comes to Mercedes vehicles. Every model, every feature, every piece of technology, he knows it inside and out. His passion is genuine and contagious; he doesn’t just explain the cars, he makes you excited about them. My husband and I were both shopping for vehicles and Noah treated each of us with such care, enthusiasm, and attention that we felt completely taken care of.
Dave was equally wonderful. He walked us through pricing and options with transparency and thoughtfulness. While we did go back and forth to explore different scenarios, it never felt like the typical negotiation dance you brace yourself for. Instead, it felt collaborative, like he was truly invested in helping us find the best structure to meet our needs.
And the cherry on top: Noah personally delivered both of our new vehicles right to our driveway. That level of service is rare, and it meant the world to us. He continues to proactively check in on how we’re doing with the setup and is always available to answer any questions. Mercedes should use Noah as a model for their training programs.
