“I would leave zero stars if the option existed. Bob Bell Dundalk is, without question, the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Like most dealerships, they’re attentive and accommodating before you sign — but the moment the contract is done, you’re on your own. Here’s what happened to me: I noticed scratches on my brand-new vehicle the same day I purchased it. They asked me to leave the car for a few extra days so their service department could correct it. When I picked it up, the car came back with visible swirl marks across the hood and side panels from a poor buff job. I immediately brought it to the sales manager’s attention and returned the vehicle for a second attempt. The second attempt was even worse. The car came back with deep swirls and scratches across the entire vehicle — damage that wasn’t there when I bought it. When I confronted management, they denied all responsibility and had the audacity to suggest I caused the damage by taking it through a car wash. This dealership damaged my property twice, refused accountability, and insulted my intelligence. If you value your time, your money, and your vehicle — go anywhere else.”
