“Went with my buddy to get his oil changed and I left in a Genesis. Thanks for helping me choose a car Andrew! Im in love with it! Edit; had to come back for some sort of paperwork mistake on their end. Two hours out of the way, but no big deal. When I arrived I was offered a free detail due to my troubles. I waited almost 3 hours and got my car back finally, which was covered in water spots inside after their “detail”. I get that it was las second but I would’ve rather it not be detailed at that point. They also left out the driver side floors mats. Today I had a service scheduled for 4:15, unfortunately my last service call was longer than expected and I was going to be late. I called and was told it would be fine and they could still get me in when I arrived. After 1 hour of driving I arrive and was told I wasn’t able to be serviced. All that time wasted, except to get my floor mats back. Other than my car and Andrew, this place has been nothing but an absolute uncoordinated joke. I do not recommend buying a vehicle here.”

“Beware of the men in the picture!!!! So I am pretty sure the guy on the left is a salesman here. So I asked the man in the glasses if he could move his car because he’s occupying a charger and is not charging the car. He refused. So I had to report him to 311 bc it’s illegal to park at a charger. While I was on the call, the other guy (salesman from KIA took a picture of my license plate). They hurried to charge the car, but the Tesla charger is short so they angled the car, just to prove a point. I made this review to show the lack of integrity from this person. And honestly how disappointed I am in the actions of these men. And I hope you find a better business than here.”

“If you didn't know, we bought our first Kia Soul at your location in June 2011 and your name was Capitol Kia. We had our Soul served at your location or Round Rock. I wanted a new Kia Soul because this is its last year of production 😔 and I needed a new car for my new career. We were so fortunate to find a Soul in the color we wanted. Last Saturday, we had the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Ali is an excellent sales person and he has a big heart. My husband and I loved our service so much that we are inviting Ali and his girlfriend over for an Italian feast. Hannah, in finance, could have been my long lost sister. She's 1/2 Italian and 1/2 French. I'm 1/2 Italian and 1/2 German. Our outfits on Saturday matched. I'll send a pic. Hannah will also be invited for my Italian feast. We were talking about Italian food in her office. 🍝🇮🇹 Kia of North Austin has been our dealership since 2011. We are praying for another 14 years with our new amazing Soul. I'm hoping 🙏 the Soul comes back so I can continue being a "Soul Sister". You have an excellent team that you should be very proud of. I LOVE MY NEW KIA SOUL!!!
