“Went in to look for a 2026 CRV for my family. The main showroom is under renovation. Darien was our sales advisor. He spent time to show us the difference between a regular CRV and the hybrid CRV. We were able to test drive both version and decided upon the hybrid version. Darien were able to take in our old car as trade in and we were able to drive away with the new car within 3 hrs. Darien was so nice to wait past closing time to wait for us to transfer our stuff from the old car to the new car.”

Then Reggie came in to seal the deal with an unheard of rate for financing. Overall the customer service and experience we had was ideal when looking to make such a big purchase. “Bay Ridge Honda is amazing. Stephanie Rivera worked extremely hard and was dedicated to having me leave with a vehicle. She was patient, professional and came highly recommended and dis not disappoimt. She evwn helped me resolve an issue months after I leased the car. Dave in the finance dept was equally and highly professional and accommodating. He put in so much time in my tough situation and made it work for me! These two employees are clearly invested in keeping customers coming back, unlike other car dealers who only care about quick sales. Top notch- you will not be disappointed. They can help you get a car no matter your credit and still walk out feeling valued.”

“We went there to have a look on their new 2026 Oddessey. It was our first time with this place, we were greeted by a sweet lady who asked us if we have an appointment. We did not have one but she said have a seat and i will find you an agent. 2 minutes later she introduced us to Mike, one of their agents, very respectful man who is decent and helpful and patient. He showed us the car and answerref all our questions. We were planning to lease a car, so he guided us through the steps and offered us a lease with price that we already had better deal. Then he came back to us with th good deal, but after good time of negotiations, my wife and I were overwhelmed because we left our daughters with their grandmother and she was calling all the time informing us that one of them was not feeling ok, so we wanted to leave and come back later. They were understanding, however Teddy the manager manged and promised to give us extra 2k miles on the car and to close the deal. The thing that we wanted but Mike's supervisor refused to do so. However we leased the car. The process took little bit of a normal time. But again we were in a rush because of our situation, But it is normal time to spend to lease a car! After that, Mike took us to explain more about the features of the car. Inside outside. He is so sweet to spend all the time just to help us understand how to navigate our new car. What a decent agent that Honda has.
To conclude: Honda agency on Hyla Blvd has great customer service, great cars, Affordable prices, equipped team to help you, decent Agent Mike and a good reputation! We highly recommend this company!”

“🚨 WARNING: Dishonest Dealership – Stay Far Away from Honda of Staten Island 🚨
On August 16, 2022, I purchased a 2019 Genesis G70 (VIN: KMTG44LA9KU029847, Stock #KU029847) with 14,511 miles for $36,990. The car was advertised with a clean title and a clean Carfax, with “no accidents reported.” The dealership even gave me a clean Carfax , front page clearly showing “no accident reported, Carfax guaranteed.” (See Pictures)
Fast forward almost 3 years and countless issues later, I tried selling the car — only to be told its value was far below market because of a serious accident history. When I received the real Carfax, I found the truth:
👉 The car had major damage to the front, side, rear, and roof. Not a minor accident, but a wreck that destroyed value and safety. The Carfax Honda of Staten Island gave me in 2022 had the first page altered and the middle pages removed — the exact ones showing this damage. I still have both reports, the fake one they gave me and the real one that proves the fraud.
This is outright fraud. They knowingly sold me a car with a falsified Carfax, hid the real history, and passed it off as clean, a direct violation of consumer protection laws.
I emailed them multiple times, zero response. No accountability, no effort to resolve. Clearly, this isn’t the first time they’ve pulled this scam. I’ve spoken with 2 attorneys and am preparing legal action. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they didn't respond either, I'll be contacting Honda corporate headquarters, and the District Attorney’s office to investigate.
If you’re considering buying a car here, ask yourself first if you want to risk paying top dollar for a car that was wrecked and if you want to be handed a fake Carfax report while they smile and shake your hand.and it'll you want years of headaches and a worthless resale value
If your answer is yes, then shop here. Otherwise, save yourself the nightmare and RUN from Honda of Staten Island. There are plenty of honest dealerships out there, this is absolutely not one of them.
