“1) The day I went to pick it up and one of the senior managers rushed over to escort me back to the door and informed me that “Deliveries are only made in the back”. Apparently I didn’t look like a “Highly Qualified Client”; (2) When the key fob battery went dead, I took it to American Service Center and they charged me $20 and took a half-hour to replace a $2 battery. When the other fob went dead and we were in Seattle, some young man fixed it in about 3 minutes without charge and wished me a good day; (3) In a storm, a cable fell onto the street and attached to the front bumper and pulled a section of the bumper away from the car and ripped one of the windshield wipers off. I took it, once again to American Service Center, where the Body Shop said it would cost $3-4,000 to repair the bumper. When I went to get the car once I was told the wiper was replaced, the same person who replaced the wiper blade had pushed the bumper back in and painted the small section where the ripped off blade scarred the paint. When I later complained to the salesperson I had been working with, he just blew it off as “that’s just the way they are.” And (4) I was working with that same salesman about purchasing an electric vehicle and as we were talking, his phone rang and he picked it up and started a sales pitch to someone. After 5 minutes or so I got up to leave and he was surprised that I wasn’t willing to sit there and wait for him to conclude his call. He was also supposed to get back with me when the dealership had received an electric vehicle I was considering, but he never called. As the lease was becoming due, he texted me asking if I was ready to provide information on what I was looking for so he could begin looking for that model. When I told him I had already purchased another brand, he didn’t reply back. The odds of me going back to that dealership are somewhere between “slim” to “none.””

“Service is very disappointing at this dealership. They were very courteous with me during the transaction but the moment I shook hands to purchase the CPO S-Class, everything changed. The salesperson took a new customer within 3 minutes and I was handed off. They didn't have anyone knowledgable who could explain how to use the technology (The person they sent me apologized because she only knew the newest year models, not a 3 year old MB), battery in the remotes were dead, they handed me my papers disorganized without even a folder to put it in and sent me on my way. I reached out to the sales person after I left and got no response. I requested tags, they sent me the wrong ones and told me they don't get different tags under any circumstance (even though it was promised at sale and written down). I would highly recommend other options but if you have to buy here, make sure you inspect the entire vehicle front to back and document everything with a sales manager signature or you will pay after the fact. I really had higher expectations for ASC but unfortunately I was wrong.”

“I have bought six cars from this dealership over a period of 20 years. I have had the same sales consultant (Greg Smoak) and the same service advisor (Dan Moreau). I cannot find any other place to match their service. If you wish to experience car buying at it's best this is the only place for you.”
