“To start off this review is solely off of a phone contact and I did not purchase a vehicle from Cook County Ford. I did however recently purchase a 2024 Bronco from another dealer who had dealer traded with Cook County. There were some modifications and I was interested to find out what they may be. I cold called the dealer and described the truck and even though he didnt have to the salesman advised me what all had been done to the truck as far as modifications go. Super cool that he took the time to do so especially as I wasnt a customer. A dealer that operates like that is definitely worth a shot for some business.”
