How will I receive my bonus?

Upon completion of the required transactions, the bonus amount will be automatically deposited into your checking account within 60 days after the bonus offer ends.

What if I can’t find my card?

To request a new debit card, sign in to your account online or with the Capital One Mobile app, or call us at 800-655-2265. Once you receive your new card, activate it and complete the transactions during the offer window to receive the offer.

What is a Qualifying Transaction?

A Qualifying Transaction is a transaction where your Checking Debit Card is used.

Only in-person and online transactions with your debit card will qualify as purchases. Eligible transactions must be made by Aug. 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

The following transaction types will not qualify:

ATM transactions
Peer-to-Peer Payments such as Zelle or Venmo
ACH payments (payments made with your account and routing number, not your debit card number)
Purchases associated with fraud
Pin-based cash withdrawals

When will I get my bonus?

You have until Aug. 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET to complete the requirements above. After Aug. 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. your status to receive the bonus will be assessed and processed, which can take up to 60 days. This means, if all requirements are met, you can expect your bonus to be deposited into your account within 60 days from Aug. 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. To receive your bonus, your account must also be open and in good standing at the time the bonus will be deposited.

360 Checking is a tiered-rate account. A rate of NaN Annual Percentage Yield (APY) applies to accounts with balances between $0-$9,999.99, $10,000.00-$24,999.99, $25,000.00-$49,999.99, $50,000-$99,999.99, and $100,000 or more. Advertised rates are variable and effective as of 8/21/2026. Rates in any tier are subject to change at any time before or after account opening.

Compounding and crediting - Interest on your account will be compounded and credited on a monthly basis. Your account will only receive an interest posting if the amount earned during the month rounds to at least $0.01.

Total Control Checking and Simply Checking accounts are non-interest bearing accounts.

Capital One Checking accounts have no monthly cycle service charge and no minimum balance required to open or maintain the account.
