We built a multi-agentic conversational AI assistant to enhance the experience for both car buyers and dealers. This system mimics human reasoning to not simply provide information, but take action on customers’ behalf based on their requests.
Agentic code security
We built an open-source, agentic tool for code security. It uses attacker-first forward analysis and a self- disproving falsification engine to help developers find exploit paths and generate targeted code repairs before deployment.
Transformer-based personalization
Our proprietary AI system enables us to customize the user experience across digital and mobile channels. Its modularity, flexibility and scalability enables rapid experimentation and iteration for our 100M customers.
Knowledge retrieval tool
Trained on Capital One data, our proprietary tool gives agents the information they need to resolve customer questions quickly. Used more than 10,000 times and counting, the tool supports thousands of agents across the company.
