You may be able to cancel an electronic transfer that hasn't been processed yet.
To cancel a transfer, first sign into the Capital One website or open up the Capital One mobile app and navigate to the account where you set up the transfer.
On the website
- Look in the "Upcoming Transactions" area and select the transfer you'd like to cancel.
- Select "Cancel Transfer."
In the mobile app
- Select "View All Transactions."
- Choose the transfer you'd like to cancel.
- Tap on the "Cancel" button.
