A Spark Pay account is deemed active with $500 or more in transactions during the calendar month not including any voided, refunded or cash transactions); or d) Spark Business Credit Card. A credit card is deemed active with a balance transfer, cash advance, or purchase transaction during the calendar month. Limit one product-based service fee waiver per customer Taxpayer Identification Number.
