The mobile check deposit is ridiculous. I've never had any problems until now when having the photo of the front and back of the check not being accepted. "Having trouble reading the numbers at the bottom of the check." Seriously?? It's clear enough you can read the numbers! I've taken and retaken the photos numerous times!! Come on already and accept the photos!!! FIX THE MOBILE DEPOSIT IN THE APP!!! And your customer service is horrible!!!

To me this app seems very user friendly, and this is coming from someone that's not super computer savvy. I like all the options it provides. Updates to credit score, extra savings options for cash back, easy to open other products via app, like savings accounts etc. I have the notification set on my Fitbit and love that they are instantly sent so if I had fraud it's quicker to catch. Customer service has always been helpful as well!

It does not synchronize with responses. I received my card, and it acknowledged but then kept me in a loop whereby I couldn't access additional features until or unless I provided access to a third party, which I do not want to do. There is not an option to demure and continue on to a "completed" application state. Also, even after I fully executed the small transaction to re-enable my banking account, it would not change the state.
