Before you dispute a charge, here are some things to consider and double-check:
  • Contact the merchant directly to answer your questions or resolve your issue.
  • Double-check with all authorized users to make sure they didn't make the charge.
  • Make sure this isn't a purchase you made recently for future travel.
  • Verify that this isn't a previously scheduled recurring charge.
