As of May 15, 2020, we will no longer originate new Overdraft Lines of Credit to customers. However, any existing Overdraft Lines of Credit will remain open.

 

You’ll receive an email notification alerting you when your balance has gone below zero and you've used your Overdraft Line of Credit. When you sign in to capitalone.com, you’ll also see a negative balance on your 360 Checking along with a reminder that your Overdraft Line of Credit is providing automatic protection. In order to pay back the balance, you’ll need to make a deposit.
