We are required to provide merchants with details of disputed charges. We'll use the information that you provide us to build a case for you with the merchant. To give us more to work with, be as thorough as you can when you provide us with information about your dispute. And please keep copies of all relevant documents, just in case.
How long will the process take?
In some cases, it may take as many as 2 complete billing cycles (up to 90 days) to resolve merchant disputes.
