We're a Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS
affordable, manufactured and seniors housing lender, which means
we assume part of the risk in our loans. That's why we're able to be

As an FHA/HUD lender, Capital One Multifamily Finance can offer
great deals for investors. We qualified as a MAP and LEAN
