Glenn Gallagher

As segment leader, Glenn Gallagher is responsible for creating and implementing the strategic business plan for the Commercial Real Estate group. In this post, Mr. Gallagher manages a real estate production team of 7 relationship managers with responsibilities that include loan and deposit production as well as capital markets origination including derivatives and syndication.

Before joining Capital One, Mr. Gallagher had a 20-year career with Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo), serving as Senior Vice President/Director and Market Manager for Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.  He was previously an Assistant Vice President for Commercial Real Estate Development with PNC Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance from Shippensburg University.

Sadhvi Subramanian

Sadhvi Subramanian is a Senior Vice President in Capital One’s Commercial Real Estate Group. She is responsible for Capital One’s commercial real estate activities in the District of Columbia, including construction loans, term loans and lines of credit to local funds and developers.

Prior to joining Capital One, Sadhvi worked for Crown Capital Corporation, an investment bank in St. Louis. She started her career in New Delhi as an art and food service entrepreneur.

Sadhvi has served as President of the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Women and is a member of the Urban Land Institute Advisory Board for DC. She is a board member of the Real Estate Lenders Association DC and was on the Women’s Leadership Institute Steering Committee for DC. Sadhvi is also the Co-Chair of the Luncheon Committee for the Trust for the National Mall and the Boys and Girls Club of DC.

A certified public accountant, Ms. Subramanian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Delhi and a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

John Hope

John Hope is a Senior Vice President and South Market Manager for Capital One’s Commercial Real Estate Group. He joined Capital One in 2012 and helps clients develop properties using both banking platforms and the real estate capital markets. John helps to determine the most strategic capital structure for real estate debt, manages a large loan portfolio and maintains a number of key client relationships.

Before joining Capital One, John spent 12 years with Wells Fargo Bank and its predecessor companies. He started his career as a Commercial Real Estate Finance Analyst before becoming a Senior Vice President/Relationship Manager in the bank’s Atlanta office.

John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.

Karen Williamson

Karen Williamson is a Senior Vice President and California Relationship Manager for Capital One's Commercial Real Estate Group. Karen's focus is on determining the client's most beneficial capital structure for real estate debt, including construction, bridge and term loans. Prior to joining Capital One, she held senior positions at both Union Bank and KeyBank. Karen started her career at City National Bank in retail operations and transitioned into commercial real estate lending for the past 30 years.
