Overall a terrible vehicle

03/24/2025

I can't believe this car is only 3 years old. This thing is already falling apart. The head unit doesn't function when it's cold and it also disconnects when I get a text. The windshield broke within the first year (I had a 2017 Acura MDX that took rock chips like a champ with no issues after 5 years). Then the auto start stop feature is a garbage gimmick that should on hybrids only. About 2 weeks into having it the vehicle shut off and said error with this feature and it left me at a light. I had to shut it off and turn it back on for the vehicle to move again. Overall I would not recommend. I will say the engine is powerful (unfortunately spins it's tires on accident all the time) and the suspension is very good as well.

THIS VAN SUCKS

12/24/2024

I'm driving this car as my 2024 Sienna is currently being repaired. For some context, the fact that I am writing this review while out Christmas shopping after a ln embarrassing experience where the parking break didn't disengage while I was trying to reverse into a stall while others were waiting for me should tell you just how much I absolutely loathe this car. For starters, I do NOT feel safe in this car due to the gear shifting system. It is jerky and sometimes scary to drive. And the poorly placed KNOBS for the gear shift and the lights?! This car isn't intuitive at all. And the backup cam turning on while in Drive?! COME ON. It's 2024. This car feels like a prototype from 2008. And the driver's seat. Did they purposely try to make the most uncomfortable sear imagineable with these abhorrent head rests that jut into your head?! What an absolute joke this van is. I am beyond upset and can't wait for my beautiful Sienna to be fixed.

Perfect for hauling people, pets, and cargo

12/04/2024

I am a long-time fan of minivans, but this is my first Chrysler. I am amazed at the myriad features that come standard in the Touring L model - heated leather seats in the first and second rows, heated leather steering wheel, every possible safety feature, bird's-eye parking camera, etc. Stow-n-go seating is exceptionally versatile, and was why I did not opt for the hybrid version. I could have done without the multiscreen DVD system but expect to use the built-in vacuum daily. Seating was much more comfortable in the Touring L than the Limited or Pinnacle trim levels as those have stiff piping on all of the seat edges. Pretty pearlescent paint job, light alloy-colored interior, and black seating are all easy on the eyes. Some extra chrome exterior accents would have been even more fetching, but it was not worth giving up the comfortable seats from the Touring L for the spiffier looks of the higher trim lines. Excellent range due to the large fuel tank. The only things I would have added would have been AWD and quarter-panel windows that open. The first was hard to find in my price range, and the second is hard to find in any make/model of minivan.
