Disappointed

01/03/2025

I am so sick that my Honda HRV has a failed transmission at 107k miles. Saying it will cost 7 k to fix and only giving me 2500 for a car that was 15 k to buy 1.5 years ago. Warranty ran out 8 months ago. I won't be buying a Honda again! I am looking for a Toyota that will last

uncomfortable

11/27/2024

The seats in this car have basically reverse lumbar support it is so uncomfortable. And the apple car play does not work reliably on a brand new vehicle. The rims will hit the curb before the tires do so forget parking close to the curb you will destroy your rims. however the car drives very nicely and has no mechanical issues, easy to change oil and do basic maintenance on.

Unreliable, spend money elsewhere

06/24/2024

My car is not even 8 years old with 100,000 miles. Out of nowhere, with no warning sign, the transmission died on me. Now they want $8,000 to repair it (on a car that is now worth not even $9,000). My car is barely outside of the warranty zone to get the new transmission for free. It’s like the moment I went over the warranty in mileage it broke. Honda would not help me or show any sympathy. I thought Hondas were supposed to drive a lot longer than 8 years. This was extremely disappointing and now I have to purchase a new car. I will not be purchasing from Honda again.
