Great running car, with very low mileage

12/27/2024

My Nissan Sentra is a great running car. Has 1 small dent passengers front fender. Regular maintenance every few months. Clean car inside and out. 4 door.

Terrible Transmission

Second transmission and it's going out again. I've owned 3 Nissan vehicles and this will be my last. Absolute junk. Made in Mexico

Not worth it

11/20/2024

I loved the car for its simplicity and how well it worked, but at 75,000 miles, the transmission failed, and Nissan offered little help. A Nissan rep even admitted that many Sentra transmissions fail. I had to pay $3,500 for a replacement, which is unfair since since this is a manufacturing issue. If a product is faulty, the company should take responsibility, not pass the cost to the customer. I later learned that Nissan extended a partial warranty because they lost a class-action lawsuit, yet they still avoided full accountability. Because of this experience, I’ll never buy another Nissan. Don't buy a product that is bound to fail and then the company gives you the bill to pay for it to be replaced.
