Audi updated the 2021 Q5 with fresh exterior styling and standard mild-hybrid engine technology, accompanied by an increase in output by 13 horsepower. This compact luxury SUV features a 261-hp turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. The lineup also includes a 362-hp plug-in hybrid and a 19-mile electric-only range. All-wheel drive is standard, and the EPA-estimated fuel economy is 25 mpg in combined city and highway driving (27 mpg for the plug-in hybrid). The 2021 Audi Q5 tows up to 4,400 pounds, seats five people, and carries a maximum of 54 cubic-feet of cargo. A Sportback version is available but discussed separately.
