Ford made the Appearance package available for the Fusion's S trim for the 2016 model year. In addition to the S, the Fusion's range includes SE and Titanium trims, and a four-cylinder engine making 175 horsepower is standard. Two engine upgrades are available: one produces 181 horsepower and the other generates 240 horsepower. The EPA-estimated mileage ranges from 25 mpg in combined city and highway driving to 29 mpg, depending on the powertrain. Hybrid and plug-in hybrid variants are available but discussed separately.
