2025 Toyota Tundra TRD RallyToyota

The Toyota Tundra received some updates for 2025, one of which is the addition of a new TRD Rally Package. Building on the popular TRD Off-Road package, the TRD Rally Package offers all that package's capability plus some additional features and flair inspired by Toyota's off-road racing trucks from the 1980s and 1990s. Here's a look at what the TRD Rally package includes and how it fits within the Tundra's greater lineup.

TRD Rally Is Only Available on the Tundra SR5

The TRD Rally package is available exclusively on Tundra SR5 CrewMax models configured with a 5-foot-6-inch long bed and four-wheel drive. The package starts with all of the off-road add-ons found on the TRD Off-Road package, including 18-inch TRD off-road aluminum alloy wheels with all-terrain tires; an off-road suspension with Bilstein shocks; skid plates; an electronic locking rear differential; and Toyota's Multi-Terrain Select, Crawl Control, and Downhill Assist Control systems, meant to offer added precision through various types of technical off-road terrain.

Additionally, the TRD Rally Package includes synthetic leather seats, eight-way power-adjustable heated front seats with power lumbar, a 14.0-inch center infotainment screen, dual-zone automatic climate control, a TRD leather-wrapped shift knob, TRD leather-wrapped steering wheel, aluminum sport pedals, mudguards, and a TRD exhaust.

Rounding out the package are several subtle aesthetic enhancements themed after the yellow-orange-red color scheme associated with Toyota's off-road racing liveries from the 1980s and 1990s. These include decals on the grille, front doors, and tailgate, special wheel center caps, a red TRD engine start button, and tri-color seats with yellow and orange stitching.

Tundra models equipped with the TRD Rally Package are available in four colors: Ice Cap, Magnetic Gray, Midnight Black Metallic, and Celestial Silver.

TRD Rally Package Price

The TRD Rally package costs $8,700, while the least expensive TRD Rally Package-equipped 2025 Toyota Tundra is around $62,000.

A drawback to the package is that it cannot be combined with any of the Tundra SR5's other available packages, so TRD Rally models cannot be had with such conveniences as blind-spot monitoring, a heated steering wheel, rear air suspension, or the Tundra's available 3-inch lift kit or extra-large 32.2-gallon fuel tank.

That said, many buyers who were already interested in a Tundra SR5 with the TRD Off-Road package and some additional options should still find the TRD Rally package appealing.

Massaging Seats and a Tow Tech Package

In addition to a new off-road package, Toyota's full-size pickup gains a few other items for the 2025 model year. These include massaging seats — which are standard on 1794, Platinum, and Capstone trims — a new power-closing tailgate with knee-lift assist, and a Tow Tech Package consisting of a wireless trailer-camera system. The 2025 Toyota Tundra has a starting price of about $42,000 and exceeds $85,000 in fully loaded Capstone form.

All vehicle pricing includes MSRP plus destination charges (set at the time of publication), and will be rounded to the nearest thousand.
