Ford is giving the Bronco Sport a round of updates for the 2025 model year. The compact SUV learns a few off-roading tricks from the bigger Bronco, wears updated styling, and offers a longer list of standard and optional technology.

Bronco Sport Sasquatch Package

The off-road-focused Sasquatch package introduced on the full-size Bronco in 2021 trickles down to the Bronco Sport for 2025. Available on the Outer Banks and Badlands models, it includes a locking rear differential for better traction on loose surfaces, bigger tires, upgraded rear shocks tuned for high-speed off-road driving, and a new driving mode called Rally G.O.A.T. This mode sharpens the throttle response, holds the transmission's gears for longer, and increases the steering feedback.

Standard Co-Pilot360 Assist+

Ford's Co-Pilot360 Assist+ suite of electronic driving aids is standard on every 2025 Bronco Sport. It bundles adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality, automatic high-beam headlights, lane-keeping assist, and forward-collision warning with automatic emergency braking. The Co-Pilot360 Assist 2.0 system, optional on the Outer Banks and standard on the Badlands trim, includes a 360-degree camera and reverse automatic emergency braking.

For off-roading, the Bronco Sport gains a Trail One-Pedal Drive feature that allows the driver to navigate rough terrain using only the accelerator pedal. It's similar in concept to the one-pedal mode available in many electric vehicles. With Trail One-Pedal Drive, the brakes gradually engage as the driver eases off the gas pedal, and the Bronco Sport completely stops when the driver releases the pedal. One-pedal driving can make the Bronco Sport easier to control in tough off-road conditions.

2025 Bronco Sport Design, Interior Updates

Several small visual tweaks set the 2025 Bronco Sport apart from the 2024 model. Ford fitted a new front bumper with anchors that owners can use to install accessories such as a brush guard, driving lights, and dune flag mounts. Some trims gain folding tie-down hooks that are cleverly integrated into the fenders and are designed to help secure gear such as a kayak. They're rated at up to 150 pounds.

You'll find more changes inside. Every version of the 2025 Bronco Sport comes standard with a 13.2-inch touchscreen for the SYNC 4 infotainment system. That's a significant increase, as the 2024 model came with an 8.0-inch touchscreen, and the bigger display makes it easier to view the navigation system.

Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality come standard as well. Other updates made for 2025 include a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and the Sasquatch models get auxiliary switches. They're designed to ease the installation of aftermarket accessories such as light bars.
