Car Overview
Chevrolet Camaro
When Chevrolet introduced the first Camaro for the 1967 model year, it was in response to the runaway success of the Ford Mustang. Back then, as it does in the modern era, the Camaro came in two-door coupe and convertible body styles and with six-cylinder and V8 engines (a turbocharged four-cylinder is also on the sixth-generation Camaro’s menu). Also, as it did back then, the Chevy Camaro still counts the Ford Mustang as its primary rival. Traditional American sports cars like these are falling out of favor though, and the Camaro’s future is uncertain. Show More
