Car Overview
Toyota Sequoia
America began falling in love with SUVs in the 1990s, and Toyota took note of how popular the full-size models from Chevrolet, Ford, and GMC proved with the buying public. So, the automaker followed the same recipe and introduced the Sequoia, a large SUV based on the Toyota Tundra pickup truck. With a smooth and powerful V8 nestled within the engine bay, Sequoia hallmarks have since included reliability, three rows of comfortable seats, generous cargo space, and decent towing capacity. For the 2023 model year, a redesigned third-generation Sequoia brings a turbocharged V6 hybrid powertrain offering more power, performance, and fuel economy than its predecessors, along with the latest infotainment and safety technologies.
