“First of all the vibe inside is fun upbeat and you can tell the staff is a tight knit team. I went in knowing I wanted to lease a Kia and it was between the lower and higher end EV9. Matthew talked over all details with me and asked questions to determine what I needed. In the end I leased the lower end model which is not lower end by any means. Matthew didn't pressure me - he was smooth in his presentation and relaxed. Sales people have to make money and they can do it many different ways. At Car Pros you can tell they have integrity and they want you to walk off the lot with what you want and what you can handle. Now let me get to Zaid the finance guy. If there were a 10 star rating, he would get it. He is calm and direct and easy to work with. This part of the car lease and buying process is usually my least favorite but Zaid makes it a pleasant experience and is a really genuine human.
