“I would recommend finding another dealer. Online this dealer posted a used Expedition for sale, I liked what I could see of it online so I called and messaged them for information. I received a call from a woman named Sarah. She told me the vehicle is available and that she’d have it ready for me and parked out front for when I arrived. I drove 5.5 hours with cash and a car trailer in tow to buy said vehicle. When I arrived I found the vehicle to have damage on all four corners (which I couldn’t see in their pictures online) and on the drivers door and the hood (vehicle had a clean carfax with no accidents reported). When I walked into the dealership I was met by a salesman named Zack. He was upfront and honest right away with me and told me that the vehicle also needed $7500 worth of repairs which haven’t been completed yet (none of this was disclosed online or by phone previously). After looking over the vehicle I also found a broken windshield, needing two front tires and an alignment all on top of the $7500 worth of repairs. The bottom line… don’t buy or even drive far for a vehicle based on great photography and a “clean” carfax. If you are in the area of this dealership and want a ford then ask for Zack. He’s honest and upfront and will take care of you.”
