“I could not be more disappointed in a dealership. We bought a 2014 Nissan Frontier from this dealership. Like the truck but not the presale service the truck was "supposed" to have received. We were told it had a complete break replacement. It did not and what was done incorrectly. The put new pad and rotors on the rear but left the severely rusted calipers which loche up, the broken several lug bolts by obviously using a impact wrench on all the lug nuts. They did not look at or use brake lube anywhere it is needed. Rear pads backing plates came off. The never even touched the front brakes. I've called twice and emailed and texted 4 times to several different people including the sales manager. Not a single response back. I've been a mechanic for 47 years, most of my life basically. This was a quick pad slap as it's called. Horrible mechanic job and even worse customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I now after paying $15,000 cash for this truck will have to replace all 4 brake rotors,pads calipers and hardware. Close to $800 in parts alone. Shame on Cochran Nissan for lying to and deceiving a old retired disabled couple live on a tight fixed income. Word of mouth is the best way for me to get the word out on this dealership, both online and everyone I know.”
