“One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a dealership. I came to this dealership ready to pick up a vehicle and ended up waiting for over an hour. During that entire time, the senior managers couldn’t show even the most basic level of respect or professionalism. They barely even acknowledged me when I arrived. Instead of professional communication, I was met with arrogance, rudeness, and an extremely disrespectful attitude. What makes it even worse is that this behavior came from senior management — the very people who are supposed to set the standard for the rest of the staff. If senior managers think it’s acceptable to treat customers this way, that says a lot about how this dealership operates. I came there fully intending to take the vehicle, but after the way I was treated, I made the decision to walk away from the deal. I would rather spend my money somewhere else where customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect. This dealership lost a sale and a customer solely because of the attitude and behavior of its senior managers. I absolutely do NOT recommend this dealership. If you value your time and expect to be treated with basic respect, take your business somewhere else”
