“I’ve had my 2013 Honda SUV in here for service many times and each has been a pleasant experience. Matters needing attention are always explained to me but no hard sales are ever used. I appreciate that they always wash my Honda before turning it back to me. This time oil changes were on sale and Erick adjusted my invoice saving me $47. Service was very prompt also. Thank you.”

“I brought my vehicle to Yuma Honda for a software update, and they also provided a free car detail. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but they allowed me to drop the car off at 9:45 AM, which was appreciated. The vehicle was ready within the hour, earlier than expected.
Communication throughout the service was clear, and the staff kept me informed. The service was fully covered by insurance, so there was no out-of-pocket cost. The issue was resolved as expected, and no additional problems were noted afterward.
The staff was very helpful and professional, and the overall process was efficient. Based on this experience, I would recommend Yuma Honda to friends and family.”

“Went into Honda back in March because we saw a used car posted online that we were interested in. Went to check it out and was greeted by Pancho. Great salesman, super nice and informative. Ended up buying the car at a great price. Everybody at Honda was really nice that we dealt with. It has been a great car. Thank you Yuma Honda”

“I got my car at Honda more than a year ago, my experience started by the phone with someone that I don’t remember the name, but he was very professional. Then Ruben became the main person helping me, I got my 2023 car with him. Allan also helped me with my million questions lol. It took a while to get the car that I wanted from California but everything worked out well. Ruben was always very patient and keeping me updated. I’m very happy and satisfied with my purchase. Every time I go there, the service team is polite and fast. They’re very gentle. The dealership is always clean, the service is amazing! They have nice chairs, tables, couches, coffee, water.
I was very impressed by their attention with my requests. Totally recommend Yuma Honda.”
