“As per below, my initial appointment was great. My second appointment did not go so well.
I don't post negative reviews lightly, however I contacted the dealership about the issue and they acknowledged receipt on December 18. It is now January 8 and they have not responded further.
I currently have two issues with my 2023 F-350:
The driver’s side window will not always go all the way up or down
The Air Bag warning light comes on intermittently
I am from Canada and traveling.
In November I had the truck in for an oil change and general inspection. The two above issues were pointed out to the service advisor at the time.
Neither issue was present when I picked up the truck so I assumed that they had been resolved. It did not take long to realize that they had not.
I spent about 6 weeks in Baja California and made an appointment to have the two issues looked at again the morning of Thursday, December 18th.
When I went to my appointment and indicated that I would just wait for the truck. This service advisor told me that the problems were electrical issues and that they would need the truck for 24 to 48 hours.
I didn’t have that much time available so I turned around and returned to the RV Park.
I have some problems with this situation:
First off, the problems should have been resolved in November or I should have been told that they hadn’t been
If it is known that electrical issues require 24 to 48 hours for resolution the individual taking the booking should have made that clear. Had I known this earlier, I could have booked an appointment for earlier in the week.
If electrical issues really do take 24 to 48 hours for resolution why did the service manager in November not mention it?
Overall, this situation has left me very dissatisfied with your Service Department.
FIRST APPOINTMENT
Easy online appointment booking.
Follow-up by the assigned Service Manager was timely.
On the day of the appointment they were ready for me at the appointed time.
The service work was done quickly and at a reasonable price.
The complimentary truck wash was well done and a nice service bonus.”

“I had an excellent experience buying my Lincoln! Sandra Valenzuela was respectful, funny, and made me feel comfortable and stress-free.
Marcus Rodriguez was very professional, patient, and helpful through the entire process.
Rigo Rodriguez was extremely kind and patient, especially when explaining numbers and details I didn’t fully understand—he made sure everything was clear.
Trevor Hobbs was amazing and knew all the tech features of the car inside and out. He helped connect my phone, explained every detail, got the car ready to take home, and continues to answer my questions by text even after the sale.
Highly recommend this Lincoln dealership and this team!”

“Went in to get new tires for my vehicle since they had a buy 3 get one free. I told them to be careful with my rims since they are very expensive. Well they scratched three of the four. Each one is about $1000. They refused to fix them. They offered to have the rims detailed to try removing the scratches. None of the scratches were removed. On top of this I went to do my brakes about one month later. Tell me why they torqued my lug nuts to 160ft/lbs. My lug nuts are suppose to be torqued to 86ft/lbs. In reality the lug nuts were torqued higher but that was all I was willing to test up to with my torque wrench. I had to take them off with an extremely large breaker bar and when it finally broke loose there was a smoke smell because of how tight they were on there. If their technicians are doing this I can’t imagine what else they are doing. An ugga ugga on an impact gun is not a proper unit of measurement.”

“Don’t let your friends or family go without someone who is knowledgeable for any kind of service.
Family friend went in to service their 2024 Ford Maverick with 32,000 miles and told her that she needed her transmission flushed and that if she didn’t it may void her warranty. So not wanting to void her warranty she agreed to it. Ended up being about $500. She told me about it so I called the service and asked when a transmission is recommended and they told me 60,000 miles. Then we spoke to the store manager since the service manager was out and he looked into it and stated it is recommended at 30,000 miles and the tech did nothing wrong. Never have I owned a vehicle where a transmission flush was needed at 30k miles.
Pretty sad. They are taking advantage of those who don’t know better. The tech knew by saying it would void her warranty that she would of course pay for it. And management allowed it to happen. Our population has a lot of elderly people. I see companies do this time and time again. Be vigilant!”

“Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful… BUT I can tell you I’ve NEVER felt more taken care of, from them listening to my wants, concerns, needs. From the moment I step in. Yuma is a small town vibe, with that you get service like your family. Every single person was AMAZING. Who’s your “person” Trevor Hobbs ( salesman) but that label salesman - NO he’s your person. Where does this begin from the bottom up which is Ryan- he’s made an amazing place where people/families can purchase a vehicle & feel GOOD. They are a TRULY BLESSING to our community!”
