“I tried to book an appointment for an oil change. Called on a Monday and was informed because I had a Lincoln a particular service agent would have to call me back to book appointment. I didn’t receive a call so I went online four days later to book an appointment and that didn’t work. A few days later I called again and booked the appointment. Lincolns include a valet service, a loaner vehicle and vehicle detailing. They didn’t bring a loaner car but did deliver one later in the day. The vehicle detailing was atrocious if done at all. According to my vehicle app I now have zero oil life left so either the oil life wasn’t reset or they didn’t do the oil change. No invoice was provided to show what services were done but they did perform a recall service and tire rotation. I’ve only had service there once previously but would hesitate to go back now. .
Update…..the app for oil level must have been delayed , it does show 97% oil life now. That work was completed.”

“I am from out of town and I stopped in to see if there was a chance I could get my RV serviced and they got me right in faster than they promised did an excellent job, and was priced right! Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was kind and courteous! Especially David in the service department! I highly recommend this dealership! Also, they had wonderful drinks and snacks while I waited!”

Marcus Rodriguez was very professional, patient, and helpful through the entire process.
Rigo Rodriguez was extremely kind and patient, especially when explaining numbers and details I didn’t fully understand—he made sure everything was clear.
Trevor Hobbs was amazing and knew all the tech features of the car inside and out. He helped connect my phone, explained every detail, got the car ready to take home, and continues to answer my questions by text even after the sale.

“Don’t let your friends or family go without someone who is knowledgeable for any kind of service.
Family friend went in to service their 2024 Ford Maverick with 32,000 miles and told her that she needed her transmission flushed and that if she didn’t it may void her warranty. So not wanting to void her warranty she agreed to it. Ended up being about $500. She told me about it so I called the service and asked when a transmission is recommended and they told me 60,000 miles. Then we spoke to the store manager since the service manager was out and he looked into it and stated it is recommended at 30,000 miles and the tech did nothing wrong. Never have I owned a vehicle where a transmission flush was needed at 30k miles.
Pretty sad. They are taking advantage of those who don’t know better. The tech knew by saying it would void her warranty that she would of course pay for it. And management allowed it to happen. Our population has a lot of elderly people. I see companies do this time and time again. Be vigilant!”
