Jarrett has been so responsive in helping me get used to charging my new electric car. I have had issues each of the 2 times I attempted to charge (#1 - I unknowingly changed info in my Ford app that didn’t allow the charge to go over 50%, and #2 - I didn’t have a complete connection to the charger). He also reviewed the Tesla charge adapter with me. We’re believing that the 3rd time will be a charm!

The startup battery on my Escape Hybrid seemed dead. I was able to jump start the car and drive it to Gene Butman Ford to see what needed to be done. The battery was able to be charged, and I got it back later in the day. Gene Butman Ford provided a ride back home in the morning and came to pick me up later in the cold, snowy day. Excellent experience!

I received excellent customer service at Gene Butman Ford while looking for a new car. I had a great experience with sales representative Jordan, who was a pleasure working with and helped me through the process of buying a new car. I did have an issue with the installed keypad before driving off the lot, but Jordan helped me get scheduled for service and the service team resolved the issue quickly. Thanks again to the whole Gene Butman Ford team!

I was looking for a very specific vehicle and was having no luck calling dealers in the area. Gene Butman had the Star White Explorer Platinum I was looking for, so I headed there that day. RJ took care of us from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove away in our new Explorer. All the staff in the showroom helped to keep my 6 year old son occupied throughout the process, which was a big help as well. Would definitely buy from Gene Butman again.

Josh has made the process of receiving this wonderful car feel like a breeze. Providing courteous and understandable answers to all queries and concerns, as well as updates. Blair, Jayme, and Chance were also very helpful, which made the experience even greater. All of the employees at the dealership are friendly and welcoming each time I visit.
