I have had issues each of the 2 times I attempted to charge (#1 - I unknowingly changed info in my Ford app that didn’t allow the charge to go over 50%, and #2 - I didn’t have a complete connection to the charger). He also reviewed the Tesla charge adapter with me. We’re believing that the 3rd time will be a charm!”
