“I had a fantastic experience working with Tracey at Murphy, would highly recommend her to everyone looking for a car! She clearly cared very much that I was getting the right car and was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on the lot. She was also incredibly nice and made sure I was completely taken care of.”

“I recently purchased a car from Murphy’ Motor Co of Youngsville and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My Salesman Robbie and staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend Robbie and the dealership to anyone in the market for a car, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Robbie!”

“Tracy, Robbie, Jeff, and Joe were all just the best! This was my first time purchasing a car and they made the process so easy and pressure-less! Tracy allowed me to test drive as far as I needed and chatted the entire way. She sold me my first ever car and I am very thankful to have gone to such a fantastic place and worked with such a knowledgeable and talented person! Jeff was very honest and straightforward about the financing, which made the daunting task of car loans a lot smoother. Robbie made sure I was taken care of while waiting and was a fantastic person to talk to about the car buying process. Joe is an absolutely fantastic person and clearly cares a lot about his employees, business, and most importantly, the customer! I highly recommend shopping with Murphy Motor Co.!”

“UPDATE 4 months later!!! I had been driving the car for a while and had been feeling a vibration. Turns out, the car had undercarriage damage. I had to replace a few parts and ended up spending over $1,000 to get it fixed. Since then, I’ve been trying to cancel my warranty and GAP insurance so I can trade the car in—but no luck. It’s been nothing but a hassle. Cool people, but overall, bad business. Disappointed. 7/28 In response to your message of few days ago: First, sir, You said to call Lisa and drive to another store in Raleigh. I work, I do not have time for road trips around the Raleigh area. I ain't gonna be asking multiple times for what I want. I'm a really busy person. I got the car in youngsville, I needed it handle there. You had the car for two days and clearly didn’t fix the problem completely. Why would I keep bringing the car back again and again? Whatever—enjoy my hard-earned money. Taking people’s money and selling broken cars is not good business. People need cars to drive, not ones that sit broken in the driveway. Driving a car at high speed with bent parts is not safe. That’s why I left it there the first time. I have little kids to drive around, and I can’t entrust our safety to a store that couldn’t fix the issue of the car shaking. Anyway, I'm not hurt after being sold a car without proper mechanical and safety inspections. If something had come loose at high speed, it was going to be a serious problem for you. Lesson learned on my part. I’ll enjoy my beautiful, broken, and now fixed, after $1,000+ SUV until I can get my loan balance low enough to trade it in—hopefully without anymore hidden surprises. Meanwhile, you enjoy your $4000+ from the warranty and GAP insurance, which is all I’m asking to be refunded so I can lower my balance and move on. Thank you very much, A unvalued customer.”
