“If I could give 0 stars I would. Run don't walk away. Towed my vehicle there, spent hours trying to get service to answer the phone they never do. The only way to get thru is to call sales which indicates sales is ready to work while service ignores calls. $2400 plus parts later the power steering was deemed "fixed". Everything they touch is a diagnostic fee of $179 before they start the work. At normal dealerships the diagnostic doesn't apply if you have the repairs done at the same time. Not at Cochran. Drove the car for 3 days and power steering freezes AGAIN and locks up while we get codes to stop driving and get it serviced now which is the same code it had when it went there initially. Called sales again today and Mark from sales as he goes to put me on hold didn't realize I could hear him yakking about me "exaggerating" and "bothering sales". Finally get Joe on the phone. He tells me they will "try to squeeze it in". I was already there in front of the people in line and now I'm just "getting squeezed in". Once they have your money they do not care about the poor service, the investment already made or any inconvenience they have caused. I reassured them that as soon as they PROPERLY fix the issues that remain after they "fixed" it once I will help them out by not returning and letting everyone I know of my experience UPDATE: I REALLY NEEDED MY CAR BACK AND SOMEHOW GOT BLESSED ENOUGH TO CONNECT WITH JOHN IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. NOT ONLY IS JOHN PROFESSIONAL HE IS PRECISE IN HIS ESTIMATES AND HE CARED ENOUGH TO KEEP ME INFORMED ON THE PROGRESS. JOHN IS BY FAR THE BEST THING AT COCHRAN AND I'M PLEASED WITH HIS APPROACH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BECAUSE OF JOHN AND JOHN ALONE THIS WENT FROM A 1 STAR TO A 4 STAR REVIEW!!”
