Their customer service was exceptional, they truly went above and beyond anything I expected or had experienced in the past. On top of all those things they also make generous community contributions. I never expected so many good feels to be attached to the purchase of a RAV4.”

“Leaving this one star review after Steet Toyota left my young family and I completely helpless and stranded on the side of the road, in the snow, the week before Christmas, December 2025. My 2024 Toyota Tundra Platinum engine failed. I was visiting from out of state (with an 8 month old and 2.5 year old) and had no choice but to have my truck towed to the Steet dealership because it was the closest Toyota dealership. Steet Toyota refused to help me or my very young family. We were about 300 miles from home when my 2024 Tundra motor blew up. Steet Toyota refused to give me a loaner car or take any responsibility for a design fault in a product they unabashedly market. They told me it would be approximately 3 months before they could repair my truck and would not provide me with any loaner to return home (because they didn’t want their loaner vehicle leaving the state). They provided no help in securing me a rental. They made it clear, it was my problem. They made no effort to contact Toyota corporate to help with a solution. Can you imagine watching a family scramble with two babies in car seats in the snow and not at least trying to offer some type of transportation help? This is a known issue with the Toyota tundra trucks and there is an open recall for the engine failure. There was no accountability and no willingness to recognize the extraordinary circumstances I was in—-my motor failed, a known tundra problem with a waitlist to rectify, when I was 300 miles from home with a baby and a 2 year old. Clearly, profit and ease supersede being a human for this business. This isn’t a family organization. These are people that clearly don’t prioritize the customer. The experience was truly revolting. Joe Steet, you should be ashamed.”

“I wonder sometimes if Dealers are disappointed when customers become educated about car purchases, specifically price. I found 2 vehicles that I was very interested in and would have purchased immediately for the right price, from Steet Toyota. I originally found them both on Carguru which listed their price as "High Priced". One was $2728 "above market value". Carguru says: " We compute and update our IMV calculations daily using a complex algorithm that takes into account millions of data points including make, model, trim, year, mileage, options, and vehicle history.". As any consumer would want, I asked their Business Development Representative for a "Good" or a real stretch here, for a "Great" price. Their response was "Nope". They already reduced their price!! Very disappointed in this Dealership. I would like to update my review. It's not the mistakes we make in life but how we correct them. Brian did contact me and we negotiated a good deal and I'm very happy with my new toyota van. Although not perfect, I was told that a spare tire was included, but was not, and a full tank of gas would have been nice, I was please with my purchase from Steet Toyota.”

“I just purchased a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander from Steet Toyota in Yorkville on November 17th, and the experience was excellent. My sales consultant, Marc Rabice, was amazing to work with. I knew exactly what I wanted, and after trying a few other Toyota dealerships in the area, I was frustrated that no one seemed eager to help when I walked their lots. Steet Toyota was a completely different experience—Marc greeted me right away and took my needs seriously from the moment I arrived. He made the whole process smooth, quick, and stress-free. Marc was knowledgeable, friendly, and never made me feel pressured. If you know what you want and want someone who actually listens and helps you get it, I highly recommend stopping at Steet Toyota and asking for Marc.
