“UPDATED BELOW:
A saftey recall was issued for defective electronic tailgate latches but our vehicle VIN was not included. It was determined that our latch was indeed defective but we had to pay the $200 diagnostic cost for the 8 dollar switch! There is a technical bulletin 23-NA-113 that does include our vehicle model yet both the dealer and GM refused to reimburse the cost. This is unethical!
Update: After I left this review, Mastrovito customer care called and waived the diagnostic fee and instead, charged us labor for the switch ($100). While this is not a perfect resolution as I don't feel a customer should be charged for a defective part at all, it's better than nothing and kudos for them reaching out. It's unsettling though, that this safety issue remains for a number of trucks out there.”

“I walked into the Chevrolet dealership and it was under new ownership, the experience when my lease is up makes me crazy. NOT THIS TIME! I met a salesman immediately upon walking in Jasmin Dizdarevic (Jaz) he was very interested in what I was looking for and what I needed in a vehicle. He showed me what I was looking for a TrailBlazer BUT recommended I look at the new Equinox as they had excellent dealers available for them, reluctantly I said ok show me one. He pulled up in this gorgeous vehicle like he read my mind, indeed it was EXACTLY what I was looking for it has it all and I love it! We played with numbers because at first they where not where I needed them to be, the manager came out spoke with me, minutes later we had a deal! When I went and picked my new vehicle up Jaz spent almost an hour with me showing me all the features and how they work, he even followed up with a call 2 days later to make sure everything was ok and to answer any questions I had……. The service here is AAAA+ from top to bottom. I highly recommend them.”
