“Tim Wooten and Charlie are the best. They go over and beyond to put you in a vehicle. I just bought a jeep suv and I love it. So if you are looking for a nice ride look them up. They won't do you wrong!

“If I could give zero stars, I would.
My husband and I applied together for the truck loan, but I was the one who drove almost 3 hours one way to this dealership with our disabled child. They kept us there for about 5 hours, going through every possible detail – all of our bank accounts, full credit history, old loans, everything. They did a hard pull on our credit, which has now damaged our credit score.
On top of that, they even had me call our insurance company on the spot to set up insurance for the truck immediately, as if the deal was fully approved and final. They also made me call Social Security (because my husband receives disability benefits) and another organization that pays him stable compensation for a work-related injury, just so they could verify that this income is regular and reliable. This is income that is not going to disappear.
After all of this, I was told we were approved and that the truck was basically ours.
Almost a week later, they suddenly called and said they “would not give us the truck” after all – now because of a negative account balance and an old repossession on a previous truck. All of this information was available to them from day one, during those 5 hours I was sitting there with our child, making calls and answering every question they had. If these were real deal-breakers, they should have told us immediately, not after almost a week of letting us believe the truck was approved, making us wait, and causing us to turn down other options.
It is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to drag a family through a long day at the dealership, run hard inquiries on their credit, make them set up insurance and call multiple agencies to verify stable disability income, tell them they are approved, and then change your mind days later. A negative account balance can be temporary and was about to be positive again, but instead of treating us honestly from the start, they wasted my time, the money I spent on gas, my energy, and hurt our credit for nothing.
Another thing that really bothered me: the salesperson, Kat Williams, directly asked me to leave a maximally positive review for her while the deal was still in progress. After this experience, it feels like they are pushing customers to write glowing reviews even when the situation is not finalized or truly positive. That says a lot about their priorities.
For me, this was a very disappointing, exhausting, and unfair experience. I do not recommend this dealership.”
